CMTI provides campus wide custodial services at APSU covering 2.4 million square feet and 88 buildings. Services include daily policing, periodic services, events management, summer turns, waste removal and recycling.

Located just 45 minutes from Nashville in downtown Clarksville, Tennessee, Austin Peay's main campus is home to programs offering associate's, bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees. APSU has the state's only Center of Excellence for the Creative Arts, which brings renowned performers, writers, artists and musicians to campus to work with students and perform for the community. APSU also has the state's only Center of Excellence for Field Biology, which enables students to work with professional field biologists in the study of mammals, insects, fish, plants and more. APSU has a full range of athletics venues, a concert hall, state-of-the art learning facilities and a wealth of conference and meeting spaces. The campus is also the main living space for students while attending the university and has world class residence halls.
